Bloor Wedding

I was so honored to be asked to photograph Margo and Ryan’s wedding! I grew up spending a lot of time with Ryan’s family, as one of his older sisters has been one of my very best friends for many many years. It’s remarkable to see what a gentleman he has grown up to be! I got to meet Margo at their engagement session, and got my first glance of these two as a couple! I love how supportive they are of one another, and am so excited for their future together! And of course, I got to meet their beloved Nahla!

In the days leading up to the wedding day, we saw rain in the forecast and planned accordingly with umbrellas and coordinating locations on the Carroll Campus to take photos. Then, the weather turned to snow … a winter warning. I love how Ryan and Margo just rolled with whatever came their way! They didn’t let anything damper their joy! And I love how magical the snow looks in their photos, another story for them to share and remember.

Ryan and Margo got ready and held their reception at Fête of Wales, which was extra special as this is an exciting new venue and their very first wedding! It was a wonderful venue to photograph in, and designed thoughtfully for weddings! Margo and Ryan (but mostly Margo as Ryan pointed out) planned an incredible evening with thoughtful attention to detail! I am excited to share some of my initial favorites as I work though editing the entire collection!
